Return/Refund Policy

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our compound products, and critical hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, scent preferences, or texture preferences.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or shop credit.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
